Story Platters
Large-format serving platters with intricate transfer-printed patterns and sculptural floral details at the edges.
Austin, Texas
Handmade porcelain and stoneware with bold pattern, clear form, and a graphic sensibility. Some pieces are made for use; all are made to be seen.
Functional works of art, shaped by handbuilding, wheel throwing, Mishima, sgraffito, engobes, and a love of pattern that lands somewhere between modern design, living art, landscape, and daydream.
Collections
Bowls, vessels, platters, wall work, sculptural forms, and small-batch objects made to be used, noticed, and kept close.
Large-format serving platters with intricate transfer-printed patterns and sculptural floral details at the edges.
Wheel-thrown forms blanketed in handbuilt flowers, leaves, and botanical forms. No two are the same.
Decorated, ready-to-hang ceramic pieces inspired by landscapes, music, collage, and imagination.
Useful pieces with bold glaze movement, painterly motifs, and tactile edges.
Limited runs of related pieces made slowly and released as ready — like these cloud-shaped YAY coasters in a full spectrum of glazes.
One-of-a-kind functional sculptures — candelabras, bud vases, and objects that live at the edge of art and use.
About
Tigermilk Ceramics grew from a lifelong pull toward clay: high school ceramics classes, years of practice, and the steady honing of handbuilding and wheel throwing techniques.
Inspired by Austin, live music, landscapes, abstract expressionism, street art, and collage. Sustained by an ever-growing circle of brilliant, kind, and inspiring people — friends, family, and the endlessly cool humans I meet along the way.
